Mrs. Cheuvront Is Taken By Death
Mrs. Willie Corretta Cheuvront, 62, wife of S. L. Cheuvront, a resident of Nez Perce county for more than 40 years, died at the Colfax clinic yesterday morning after an illness of six months.
Mrs. Cheuvront (nee Collins) was born in Virginia March 25, 1881, and with her parents came to Idaho in 1901, locating in the Jack's canyon area near Gifford. Her marriage to Mr. Cheuvront took place in 1902.
Survivors are her husband; two children, Mrs. Blanche L. Boyd, Culdesac, and Edwin Cheuvront, Gifford; two brothers, Frank Neel and Paul Neel, and two sisters, Mrs. Louis Bolen and Mrs. P. J. Steensma, residents of the Juliaetta community. She was a member of the Methodist church.
Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow at 1 from the Methodist church at Gifford, with interment in the Gifford cemetery.
