In 1877 Mr. Brutzman and his family moved to Cedar county, Mo., and in 1903 they moved to Lewiston. At the age of 22 he professed Jesus Christ as his Savior from sin. Since living in Lewiston he has been a member of the Methodist Episcopal church. He was a good husband, a kind and loving father and a true friend to all mankind. He believed in doing unto others as he would have others do unto him. He leaves a host of friends, as was evidenced by the many beautiful floral offerings. The funeral was held at the home, conducted by Rev. C. W. Williams of the Methodist church. Interment was in the Lewiston cemetery.
